The TBWN series is a flagship product developed specifically for dredger duty, drawing on advanced technology from home and abroad and using simulation tools such as ANSYS. The series combines marine-grade construction, superior dredging performance, high operating efficiency, reliable shaft sealing, long service life and excellent overall economics — fully meeting the demanding requirements that all types of dredger place on a dedicated pump.

Key Technologies & Design Advantages

Marine reliability

The complete unit is engineered for vessel duty with low running vibration. Sizes 600–700WN use a double casing for a high safety margin when working in harsh waters.

Easy servicing

• Front pull-out design allows maintenance without dismantling piping or the motor; dedicated assembly and disassembly tools are supplied as standard. The impeller is secured by a four-start trapezoidal thread and fitted with a removal ring, so even large impellers can be removed and refitted easily using hydraulic tools.

Durable and efficient dredging

Excellent cavitation resistance and outstanding deep-digging, high-concentration suction capability. The wide-passage impeller resists blockage and can handle gravel and clay. ANSYS-optimised hydraulics plus wear-resistant wetted parts deliver high efficiency and long service life in high-sediment conditions.

Sealing Method：

• Sizes 200–500WN: Shaft sealing by mechanical seal, gland packing, or a combined mechanical seal plus packing arrangement

• Sizes 600–1000WN: Shaft sealing uses a screw-sleeve L-shaped sealing arrangement, comprising three L-shaped sealing rings and one specially threaded shaft sleeve.
