The TBPM series is a new-generation, high-efficiency and energy-saving product developed in-house and purpose-designed for frothy slurries. The vertical version partially breaks down froth in the slurry during pumping, offers far greater handling capacity than other pump types and requires no shaft seal or seal water — the ideal solution for froth handling. The horizontal version is correspondingly easier to maintain, with lower bearing and shaft failure rates; its larger feed diameter and unique impeller passage favour froth suction.
A proprietary hydraulic structure breaks down froth during pumping, improving the efficiency and stability of aerated slurry transport.
No gland packing or mechanical seal, no seal-water supply system, eliminating leakage and wear, making maintenance simple and reliable.
A pressure casing with a replaceable wear liner; liner materials include high-chrome, Ni-hard and rubber to suit different corrosion and abrasion duties.
A funnel-type feed box ensures smooth material entry; the box interior can be lined with corrosion- and wear-resistant material to extend service life.
The discharge outlet indexes in 45° increments, giving eight positions for convenient on-site piping.
